Refund and Returns Policy

At The Packaging Co, our packaging products are made to meet each customer’s individual requirements. As every order is customised, returns and refunds are handled according to the conditions set out in this policy.

Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please check your order carefully once it has been delivered. If you receive products that are damaged, faulty or different from the specifications agreed with you, please contact our team at sales@thepackagingco.uk within 4 working days of delivery.

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear explanation of the problem.

  • Photographs showing the damage, fault or difference.

Return Conditions

If your return request is approved by The Packaging Co, you must send the complete order back within 45 calendar days of delivery.

Please note the following conditions:

  • All approved returns must be sent by post.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Any additional documents requested by our team must be included with the returned items.

  • Returned products must be kept in a suitable condition for inspection.

Inspection and Replacement Orders

Every reported issue will be reviewed by our team before a decision is made.

If our inspection confirms that the problem was caused by an error during production or printing, we will arrange a replacement of the affected products at no extra cost.

We aim to resolve order-related concerns fairly and ask customers to contact us directly so that we can look into the issue and find a suitable solution. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the returned products will be checked before the refund is processed.

Where a refund is offered for reasons not caused by an error on our part, deductions may apply for:

  • Original delivery charges.

  • Product setup and preparation costs.

  • A restocking fee of £5.00, where applicable.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned products.
