All materials used in the production of our products are the property of Packaging Excellence. We do not share, sell, or disclose these materials to third parties. We reserve the right to distribute free samples or display custom-printed packaging as part of our portfolio to demonstrate our design and printing expertise.

Packaging Excellence will not be held liable for any accidents, damages, delays, or losses arising from the use of our website or information provided on it.
Our total liability under any circumstance will not exceed the total amount paid by you for your order.
Return and Refund Policy
If your order contains printing errors or fails to meet your approved specifications, please notify us within 3 days of receiving it.
If the issue is verified to be our fault, we will reprint the order at no additional cost. You must provide digital photos of the defective product within 7 business days for evaluation.
Payments, Order Placement, and Cancellations
All prices are listed in USD, with no hidden charges. Production begins only after full payment has been received.
You may cancel your order within four hours of proof approval, subject to a $25 cancellation fee plus 5% of the total payment.
Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 50% charge.
Design service orders are non-refundable.
